"Felt safe the whole way"
I was a little nervous before the trip, but I had a good feeling once we got going, and my instinct was right. The driver stayed calm, didn’t speed even in traffic, and kept a safe distance from other cars the whole time. It ended up being a really smooth ride, and I’d definitely ride with Jefferson Lines again...

I had to change my trip, and it turned into way more of a headache than it needed to be. The rules felt unnecessarily strict, and I didn’t feel like they were trying to make things easier for the customer. I ended up paying extra and wasting a bunch of time, which just didn’t feel worth it. If there’s any chance my plans might change, I’d probably book somewhere else next time.

I bought my ticket and waited, but it never showed up anywhere?? I kept checking my email and account, and it was frustrating not knowing what was going on.

"Booked a ticket and still had nowhere to sit"
I booked thinking I was good, but the second I got on the bus, I was like, wait… seriously? It was completely packed and there were no seats left. I just stood there confused with my ticket in hand, wondering what I was supposed to do. Super frustrating, and yeah, I don’t think I’d do this again.

"Decent Ride, Just Not Very Friendly"
The driver seemed, you know, professional enough and got us there safely, so no complaints there. He just wasn’t very friendly and barely said anything the whole time. Not rude exactly, just kind of cold, I guess. Overall, the trip was fine, nothing really special.

"Transfers worked out, but I didn’t feel very confident"
I took Jefferson Lines on a trip that had one transfer, and it was more stressful than I expected. The first bus was running a little late, which immediately made me nervous about missing the connection. The driver gave us some updates, but they were vague enough that I didn’t really know whether things were under control or if I should be worried.
I did end up catching the next bus, but it felt rushed and kind of disorganized once we got to the station. Nothing awful happened, but the lack of clear communication definitely made me trust the process less. It got me where I needed to go, but I’d be hesitant to book a tight transfer with them again.

I ride with Jefferson Lines and it was a good trip. I was kinda expecting boarding to be confusing or messy, but it actually went a lot smoother than I thought.
The driver checked tickets fast, everyone was lining up normal, and the bags got handled in a decent order. Nobody was rushing around or yelling, which I really appreciated.
It made the beginning of the ride feel way less stressful. I would definitely rode with them again if I need to take the bus.

"Pretty Basic for the Price"
I felt like I paid way too much for what ended up being a basic ride. There wasn’t anything especially memorable or exciting about it, and for the cost, I expected a lot more. I walked away feeling disappointed, which is a shame because I really wanted to enjoy it.

"Decent help, just not as quick as I expected"
I rode Jefferson Lines last week and had to get some help during a transfer. I guess I expected it to be a little easier to find someone at the station, especially since transfers can be confusing, but it took me a bit to track someone down. The driver was friendly and did answer my questions, and once I finally got help everything was fine. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite as smooth or organized as I thought it would be.

"On Time and Easy"
Took Jefferson Lines twice this month. Both buses left basically on time, and one even got in a few minutes early. Online schedule matched the real trip, so planning was simple. Nothing fancy, just reliable.

"Helpful for getting to smaller towns"
I have taken Jefferson Lines a couple of times, the route options have been decent. They go to some smaller towns that other bus companies do not seem to stop at, which really helped me out. The times are not always perfect, and a few connections can feel a little long, but overall it is a useful option if you need more choices for where you are going.

"Left in the dark when things went wrong"
When things started going wrong, there was basically no clear update or notice. I was just standing around confused, trying to figure out what was happening, and ended up missing my bus. Whoever runs this really needs to do a better job keeping people informed

I reached out to lost and found about my missing bag, but the replies came late and, in the end, they never found it. I know these things happen, and it reminded me to be more careful with my stuff when traveling, but the whole process felt slower and less helpful than I expected.

"Accessibility was alright, but not totally easy"
They did try to help, which I appreciated, but the bus steps were still kind of a struggle. Like, some parts were fine, and then suddenly you’re dealing with those steps and it’s not so great. Overall, okay experience, just not perfect.

"Stops just didn’t feel well taken care of"
The ride itself was fine, but the station and stop areas gave me a bad feeling right away. One stop hardly had anywhere to sit, and the bathroom was gross. At another stop, the signs weren’t clear at all, so everyone was kind of looking around and guessing where they were supposed to wait. It just felt like those areas had been neglected. For what it costs, I’d expect cleaner waiting spaces and more obvious information posted

I took Jefferson Lines last week and my bags made it just fine. The driver helped load them under the bus, and getting them back at my stop was easy. I kept the email/receipt just in case, but I didn’t end up needing it. One bag handle had a small scuff, but nothing major. Overall, the baggage part was smooth enough and I’d use them again
"Not the most comfortable ride"
I took a Jefferson Lines bus recently, i wasn’t impressed. The seats felt old, cramped, and just not comfortable at all, which made the long trip feel even longer. It was really hard to relax when you’re stuck in a seat that feels like it’s seen better days. On top of that, the bus wasn’t exactly clean either. There was trash near my seat, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. I mean, it did get me where I needed to go, but I’d only take it again if I seriously had no other choice.
